Today's agent "memory" is one of two bad options. A raw vector store gives storage but no structure: it goes stale and leaks across contexts. Or a generative model sits in the data path: slow, costly, and a black box you cannot explain to a customer, a board, or a regulator. As agents move into regulated, high-stakes work, "what did the agent remember, and can we prove it?" becomes the blocker.

Mnemo is a brain-inspired memory layer for AI agents: durable, self-organising, retrievable memory delivered as B2B developer infrastructure, MCP-compatible so it drops into the Claude and agent ecosystem. It is LLM-less by design: no generative model in the data path, so it is fast, private, and auditable.

Symbionite is, today, a single founder orchestrating an AI-agent workforce built on Claude. That is deliberate, not a gap to fill: it is how one operator has already shipped a live multi-tenant SaaS and brought Mnemo to private beta, at a velocity that normally takes a team. Investment funds product, compute, and go-to-market, not headcount. And it is not permanent. We are a human-centric company: we hire people as the company gains traction, because augmenting humans is the mission, not replacing them.

Raising £150k–250k SEIS-led (with EIS overflow available). SEIS Advance Assurance is in progress, so angels receive 50% income-tax relief. Use of funds: compute and infrastructure for the engine, beta to GA productisation, design-partner-led go-to-market, the governance and compliance posture regulated buyers require, and the first specialist hires as traction lands.
